Gerard’s Fine Catering is the Hudson Valley’s most in demand full-service catering company. The consistency and experience that drives Gerard’s Fine Catering surpasses that of typical caterers and is why Gerard’s name is synonymous with the best parties, openings and galas.

When it started business in 2000 on the West Coast, Gerard’s Fine Catering groundbreaking notions of what is possible at a catered event lifted it to the top of the culinary scene. It fast established a reputation as the area's most innovative event producer. 

They are now in the Hudson Valley and for the last four years Guests saw that a truly fine restaurant-quality meal really could exist outside the four walls of a restaurant, and that a gourmet dining experience could be prepared fresh for them (and from ten to one thousand of their closest friends) almost anywhere.

Gerard’s Fine Catering has a professional team made up of experienced chefs, creative event coordinators, and The Hudson Valley’s best servers and bartenders. With this close-knit team's strength and experience, Gerard’s Fine Catering flawlessly handles complex, large-scale fundraisers as well as small, intimate celebrations.

Chef Viverito is currently an Associate Professor at The Culinary Institute of America, in New York. He serves as the Vice Argentier of the Mid Hudson Baillage of Le Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs, and appears as a regular on the cooking segments of the local morning shows. 

Chef Viverito is active in the community of local farmers and sustainable foods, and serves as the Culinary Education Director of Passionfish, a non-profit organization dedicated to environmentally sound alternatives to endangered seafoods. 

He also runs HudsonValleyFishMonger to fulfill the demand for sustainable seafood
